License

CriticalPDF is licensed, not sold. A purchased license grants the right to use the suite for a specific number of named users — one user per individual — for the one-year term that begins on the date of purchase.

Trial

The 30-day trial unlocks the full suite from the first install. After 30 days, the suite stops accepting new captures until a license key is applied; already-captured documents are not affected.

Updates and support

An active license entitles you to all updates and patches released during the license term, plus support per the tier of your license.

Termination

We may terminate a license if it is materially breached and the breach is not cured within 30 days of written notice. On termination you must uninstall the suite from all machines covered by the license.

Warranty disclaimer

CriticalPDF is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties except those that cannot be disclaimed under your local law. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
